New employee onboarding training content and procedures
The first step is for our trainers to introduce you to the company's development history, main business, corporate culture, the situation of the company's main leaders, various public management systems, salary system, expense reimbursement process, preliminary understanding of the office environment and facilities, and the use of internal electronic office systems.
The second step is to take you on a tour of the company's office and living areas.
The third step is to organize new employees in batches to participate in expansion training, in order to enhance our team collaboration spirit and the courage to challenge and surpass ourselves. Finally, we will guide you through the onboarding process, introduce you to colleagues in the same department, leaders and colleagues from relevant business departments, and familiarize you with the relevant workflow.
Professional and Technical Personnel Training System
Our knowledge system includes both external and internal training. External training includes selecting outstanding professional and technical personnel to participate in various professional courses offered by colleges and universities, as well as inviting outstanding technical experts from home and abroad to our company to give lectures on cutting-edge technologies to our professional and technical personnel; In terms of internal training system, we will establish a team of senior engineers as the main body of internal trainers.
